A beautiful vehicle as only LR know how to produce. It will definitely become a yardstick for others to follow.

Lets not forget that this was a yardstick and if the new Defender can do this.............

I’ll take a bare bones one with the steel wheels and no air suspension. And a white roof!

On behalf of second hand car buyers world wide, I applaud LR for giving us a 7+ seat vehicle that is way better looking than the D5.

Regardless of what you may call it (new Defender, Disco 4.5 or Range Rover Classic), we are all holding thumbs that LR's extensive testing results in a trustworthy family cruiser for us 2nd, 3rd, 4th owners.

I urge all new buyers to give them the respect we deserve.

For me the Explorer pack has to much black wannabe trim add-ons. I'll look at a Urban or Country. Either way, one will be standing on my driveway...

I hate to say it but like most LR models these days it looks like it was built for the mall of Africa not the wilderness of Africa.

That said I’d buy one (if I could afford it), would make a nice upgrade from my Disco 4 since the “new” discovery doesn’t appear to me at all.

I would think this is going to give the D5 sales another further knock

But of most interest is what it will do to older Defender prices. Heres hoping they wont go up again, so I can afford to buy one again

Eish I like it, I would wait till the first year of production rolls out- usually the 1st year model of a completely new design of any vehicle has niggle, and look at a 2022 model in 2025.

can't wait to see one in the flesh and maybe take it for a test drive- probably mid 2020.
