Report is done and dusted. The intent behind the report is not, the hunt has begun. Trump is a very sore loser and in my opinion the s h one t is going to hit the fan. I think the Dem's underestimated Trump and thought he would roll over and die when they had a full go. The Dem's thought the report was going to be the single one thing that destroyed Trump.

I think some senior FBI staffers and Dem heads are about to roll.

    Time will tell.

Trump is such an evil dictator that the vast majority of journalists are constantly fawning over him because they live in abject fear of being rounded up and sent to the gulag!

Here's a hint, if you can get away with constantly criticising the CIC of the greatest military force in the history of the planet, then just maybe you shouldn't be comparing him with Stalin?

You'd think journalists who had actually lived and worked under an oppressive regime would know better.
Any minority that advocates for gun control is either wilfully ignorant, or has never opened a history book.

The problem with collective punishment - is that sooner or later you're part of the collective.

We agree on one thing this is a parasitic relationship Trump and journalists are feeding off each other.

Comedians are doing great as well at the moment. Trevor Noah, Bill Maher, Steve Colbert and many more. I bet these guys will miss him when he is gone. With other previous presidents and politicians they had to work hard preparing material.

Now they just read out his tweets or play bits of interviews and their job is done!

    Karol-

He's not very smart. He actually filed a lawsuit against the university he attended so they would not disclose his marks. Now...why would you do that? Same reason why you'd not disclose your taxes. Any idea how he got into business school? If you just listen to him speak, or worse, read what he writes, his lack of intelligence is very clear. He keeps everyone guessing because he is random and has only one true strategy - to serve his ego. Those are not the characteristics of a leader - and most certainly not of the leader of the most powerful country on earth.

And as to your comment about him being the only world leader that voiced strong opinion about the land grab --- lets think that thru a little bit more. Stereotypically, who are his supporters? Look at a rally. What color are they? He spends an inordinate amount of time catering to his base - as the rest of the country either hates him or thinks he is a complete and total moron (they are correct). He does not care one iota for Africa... remember, Africa is a "s.hole" country. But what better way to fire up his base than to bring to their attention blacks taking whites land? And...to be frank...the majority of his base could not place South Africa on a map. Even with "South" and "Africa" as clues.

Yes. I would expect better from someone with your history than to jump on the "Trump is Stalin/Hitler!" bandwagon.

How can Trump be a dictator when the house keeps blocking him, rendering him powerless on many issues. Clearly some people's understanding of a dictator is different from the conventional understanding.

This is a brilliant post! You could not have put it better.

Plus let's not forget one Mr Cohen is serving time for covering up some of his deeds and making illegal payments.

Cohen, 53, was sentenced last December for tax evasion, lying to Congress and campaign finance violations. He becomes the third former Trump aide to go to prison in the past 12 months.

“How come I’m the only one?” he said in an interview last month, in one of his few recent public statements. “I didn’t work for the campaign. I worked for him. And how come I’m the one that’s going to prison? I’m not the one that slept with the #### star.”

He is not a dictator...but would very much like to be. Hence his admiration for Putin, Duterte, etc...

    1. What happened to privacy and consent ? Why would a university release any marks publicly without the permission of the individual ? This actually discretits the university and their policies more than anything.

Anyway there are alot of smart people who are university drop outs. Richard Branson dropped out of high school at 16. Many others.

Sometimes the problem with many highly educated people is they tend to think they are better that people that achieved success through hard work.

    2. That's what makes him smart, he knows what important to his base, property rights being one of them. I pretty sure although you claim his base are idiots they are hard working and own property.

What do you think would happen in SA if EWC happens based with our government's administrative track record over 25 years ?

Trump has a keen interest in SA.

The 22nd Amendment prohibits a president from sitting a third term.

Americans decided that it is no good to have long term leader. Many countries have come to the same conclusion and then make a law limiting. Next president then finds a way to change the law. Alternatively they do Putin or as it is a fashion in South America now send wife. Americans tried the same.

What about Bush. Second Bush was actually the wrong Bush.

Trump cannot have wife after him if he doesn't change her again. Only trouble is that he likes ladies from old Yugoslavia and those do not qualify.
