    Lekker thread with some great pictures.

    Early tomorrow morning I'm leaving to a family farm in the Boland mountains, plenty of driving around planned, so hopefully I'll be able to add a few of my own here.

    For now, technically this is off road

    Right so lovely weekend on a family farm.

    Unfortunately I didn’t take many pictures, the focus was elsewhere, but what was amusing is how my Hilux and Fortuner driving cousins scrambled for the Jeeps keys whenever we went for a drive





    That’s a protea field behind the Jeep by the way, yielding about 100 proteas a day, which fetches up to R40 each on the export market. I didn’t know people pay such big money for flowers.

    That SRX is a great bakkie! It’s a Landcruiser-lite. I really enjoyed mine. Do a de-cat and freeflow. 76kw to 82kw and troque 260 to 300nm. No chip required!
