    We have too high pressure water in this case looks like there was too high pressure gas. When item containing liquid gets a leak item doesn't explode. With gas it is different. In this case either gas pipes exploded and/or leaking gas mixed with air and a small spark and result was explosion.

    It will be interesting to find out why the system had too high pressure. Something failed.
