    Default Home Made

Made this for a buddie of mine for his birthday. What a mission to cut the corners with a Dremel, but got it done in the end. The Jameson bottle was only used for sizing. Will put Brannas in it. Click image for larger version.

Nice, next time use a hole saw to cut the corners out and then just connect with a grinder.

This bottle was about 4mm thick, will a holesaw be able to drill that?

The cheap wood type ones you buy at most hardware stores won't, but you get bi-metal ones at some stores that would and any HSS would also cut the holes.

If you go to a hardware shop that sells electrical stuff they sometimes also sell a hole saw for making extra holes in DB boxes, these are cheaply available and would also cut that like butter.

With the correct speed and feed and pressure and coolant .Yes. It is also quite easy to resharpen a hole saw if you know how.

These are excellent cutters. I have a set of small diameter ones and they are top class.
