    Welkom Damian.

Damian, there are a few companies in Bloemfontein who manufacture rails should you decide to do this. Please send me a PM before having the rails manufactured as the company there who made the rails for my Ranger should be avoided at all costs.

The bak on a double cab is plus/minus approximately 1500 x 1500. Don't take my word, go an measure.

    4 x 1500 = 6000. Take it from here.....

If you have pipe benders, real benders not toys from China and you can cut and weld like an expert, I would rather go to some one who does this for a living. Then you get a nice set powder coated and gaurentee. Mr Bullbar in Bloem or Stockman in Queenstown.

Why do people start the same thread in different locations? Do they expect a quicker response?

Yep, I thought single cab, so based on this measurement assumption and no wastage assumed:

LHS, RHS front and rear horizontals = 4 lengths (24m)
LHS, RHS and rear uprights = 1 length (6m)
Rollbar (top front horizontal) = 1 length (1.5m but you must buy a complete length)

So 6 x 6m lengths is safe considering one or two errrr umm mistakes.
