Default Aircooled Steyr - One Sleeve is Hotter than the Rest ..... WHY??

Busy (again and still) trying to sort out a splutter on my Steyr Pinzgauer 710 M, the 4 cylinder 2500cc petrol flat 4 aircooled.

After maybe just 200metres driving, the one sleeve (number 3) is much hotter than the other 3.

    Why is that??

Does this have some thermostat or regulator or whatever that "heats up" all the sleeves together, even though this is air cooled??

Sorry if this is a silly question - but I really know NUTTING about engines.

    THANKS
