Default Project Binky - the ultimate fabrication thread

I don't know how may of you follow this build, but it must be the ultimate fabrication series. It really is out of this world what those two make from sheet steel,

Insane fabrication skills. The worst part of following their channel is the wait between episodes

The Police Squad skit title sequence is absolutely brilliant. Good fabrication skills presented in a very intertaining way. Great series

    Jip, Project Binky! In colour...

Wi' qui'e a few cuppas, kettles, grinders and welders consumed while they CAD: Cardboard Aided Design.

But VERY entertaining, as they believe in 'do it right first time'...

It reminds me of a 850 Mini that was fiddled with by my mechanic brother in the day... Dunlop SP73 tires, etc and 'duco'ed' in that Gunston colour with black stripe to match, and the wheel arches slightly flared to "keep the tires" inside...

1973: I still see the amazement on the face of the old omie in his Merc 280SE as I wizzed past him on the N1 between Paarl and Stellenbosch with the Mini's speedo full right at 5 o'clock...
And a week later the generaor pully decided enough is enough...
