Default Introducing BattyAttie to the forum

At age 36 (1985) i caught the Kruger bug and now each visit is a pilgrimage with time to rejuvenate body and soul.
In 2012 my wife, Diane, and I discovered the Kgalagadi and will be making our third trip to this wonderful reserve in 99 days.

In 2014 we invested in an off-road trailer with a tent and have caught the glamping bug. I tow the trailer with a 2.5 litre Pajero Sport.

I've visited the forum many times to get ideas but only recently joined to get more interactive and maybe add some value.

    Welcome!

Maybe we will see you there.

We expect to be there with 3 other forum members in Sep. 2018.
We are first doing the Namakwa Eco Trail then into Richtersveld, then (with a few days exploring SE Nam between) the Kalaghadi N P from Mata Mata side.

Would be great to hook up - we love meeting other forum members in our travels.

We, however, do not Glamp, we Camp in the simplest version of the term.

Red face Re: Introducing BattyAttie to the forum

Glamping maybe overstating it a bit but we do like to eat well and usually overpack a bit

Thank you for the welcome and if we end up in the same camps it would be great to meet and share (at least one each) brew
