    KMTs have a LOT of precut blanks in their shop. Its been cut by laser probaly to speedup cutting time and waste less material. A friend of mine tried making a fixed blade knife with a KMTs precut blank with the animals on. It cracked through at the thinnest point. On the biltong cutters there's a lot more blade material so it won't be a problem.
