Updating this as I am using this as a central knowledge repository.

Radius arm chassis side mounts are between 871mm and 882mm apart depending on whether you look at a D1/RRC chassis or a Defender chassis.

This means my radius arm mounts need to be outside of the chassis rail but no further apart than 882mm to avoid putting tension on the bushes.

The Tata chassis, measured 820mm backwards from the center of the front hubs, is 815mm apart.

The hole in the radius arm chassis brackets are not flush with the chassis, the center of the hole is around 50mm from the chassis mount face.
That means that center of hole to center of hole across the chassis would be maximum 915mm.

I will need to MAYBE trim 15mm from each bracket to make it sit flusher with the chassis. Shouldn't be an issue.

The mounting points for these brackets on the Tata chassis are just behind the gearbox crossmember, so no issues with the load deforming the chassis rails as the crossmember serves as a structural support.

    Another issue eliminated.
