Spider identification

Hi all
Please help with the identification of the spider on photo. Is is dangerous, poisonous etc. This is in the Brits area.

Looks a lot like the flatties we have in our home (still dont know what they're called

)

So now I'm curious whether this one is the same with a different camouflage or a different variety all together

Flattie = Wall crab spider, but I'm not sure if it's one of those.
I do tent to agree tho.

Only a small handful of South African spiders are of any medical importance and this definitely ain't one of those so it's totally harmless.
