Just double check that you can stack them on top of each other. The base doesn’t always slot into the grooves on the lid when stacked which results in the top box sliding around.

    For sure.
The boxes we bought need some persuasion to fit together... But on the up side, once they're in, they're IN!

I have a variety of units from ODW to 4x4MW and some from Mambos plastic. They all fit, last year I bought two of those Campmaster R99 ones. They did not fit onto anything, not even themselves

Watch out for those ammo box clips. If you can easily break them whilst testing the product in the store, show the salesman what rubbish they are flogging, and break a good few more for good measure. Many members will recall how these clips would break far away in the bundu, and then you have to find replacements at a price.

By the way,the decent clips are made of a much darker plastic than the boxes themselves.

Does anyone have experience with the Camp master type? quality/durability etc?

I prefer the high lid ones. You can buy canvas dividers at Outdoor Warehouse, either dividing the box in four, two or three. Find them expensive, but useful

I prefer to pay a little more and get quality.

I buy mine at 4x4Direct - they fit properly together and for some reason all my clips are still 100%

I can do the Tentco ones for R180.00 each. Can also do the high lid but give me a heads up as they are not that popular.

    Steel clips in stock.

We do the dividers as well. Our Tentco 1/2, 1/4, 1/4 divider by comparison is R332.00.

okay, popped in at 6 fountains Makro yesterday.

The new CM ammo boxes are pretty much the same quality as the tentco and front runner boxes I have.

there also seems to be a revised clip as the bow is not that far outwards, and they seem to be way less prone to braking than those on my tentco boxes.

So high lid ammo's at R160 and the fit perfectly on top of each other.
the height of 2 boxes is the same as my NL90 fridge

Campmaster ones are pretty crap ... very flexi and don't slot together properly. Rather pay a bit more ...

And then you can make that ammo box really useful and frustration-free.

I bought 4 yesterday, same quality as the tenco's and the frontrunner I have in the Van, seems they upgraded from past models.
