    Well done!
I have always lost weight fairly quickly in the beginning, but it slows down the moment I start to get closer to my target weight.

Besides that, it is wonderful to see what a big difference small changes make, such as going for a jog in the morning, cutting out complex carbs and sugars and eating sensible portions. Like I said, I am not going on a diet, just making small adjustments for the better.

Well done to your weight lost. I think we are going to be pleasantly surprised come end of July.

Will be interesting to keep track of this, e.g. a participant check-in to see what happens with the weight / health over 1y, 3y, 5y etc.

The first week or 2 you mostly lose water hence the quick drop.

All, please remember to PM me your weight as of today. I'm on course for the week so will probably only post the results this evening.

I am still busy looking at payment options. I am in Namibia and do not want any foreign money to be deposited into my account. Too much explanation and paperwork.

For now, lets just get on with the business of losing weight.
