Default Daihatsu Terios 4x4 User Manual 2011

    Hi
Has anyone got any advice on travelling SWA Namibia with a Terios 4x4? Would I need to do any modifications eg. shocks, springs etc? What emergency equipment would I need to include?
    Thanks.

    Many thanks.
    Good morning
Download it from Google. I have downloaded a manual for my 2012 Daihatsu Terios, for free.

No modifications needed, but knowing tyre pressures for different situations helps.
    Maybe read this current thread....https://www.4x4community.co.za/forum...-tire-pressure
I do 1.4bar on my Rocky's on gravel and they weigh 1660kg empty

As for emergency kit....First aid kit, tyre puncture kit, 12V air compressor and towrope. As I am mechanically minded a full toolbox of tools normally accompany me, but some basic tools would be a good idea as well

Hi strawberrymoon, I am also the proud owner of a 2012 Terios 4x4 and toured Namibia and Kgalagadi twice in the last couple of years. Yep, without any problems. Just adapt your tyres to the various roads, especially the roads towards Sesriem and Sossusvlei......from time to time that can really be very bad.

    Drive safe and enjoy Namibia!
    Cheers
