Default Steel winch-compatible front bumper for 2012 Land Cruiser 76

I need to have a winch installed on my 2012 4,2 litre Cruiser. I obtained quotations from a Springfield, Durban, based outfit which quoted me more for such an installtion that it would cost to have an steel front bumper installed together with the winch. A clearly ridiculous quote by someone mistaking me for a sucker.
I am therefore looking for advice on two issues:
    1. I want the lightest, smallest, winch- compatible front steel bumper for my Cruiser that would not require any suspension upgrade.
    2. A reliable workshop in the JHB northern suburbs/Midrand/Pretoria area that would do a really professional job for me.
Any recommendations as to brand and model of the steel bumper, and the best workshop to do the job?
I would be most gratefull for any comments.

Try Onca. They build their own. They are in Bredell east of JHB not too far from OR Tambo.

Maybe my post did not make it clear what I am looking for. I want a steel replacement bumper for my Cruiser - on to which I can mount a winch.

As said try Onca, or OppositeLock for their XRox bar, lighter but still heavy.
Another option is to keep the plastics and just get a winch cradle, or have it made to suit.
It might be pushing not to do some changes to the front when adding a winch.
As a minimum use coil spacers for the front, just to offset the nose dive...
If your winch can run with synthetic rope (heat issue due to the brake that sits inside the drum.....), then you make some weight back

Default Steel winch-compatible front bumper for 2012 Land Cruiser 76

I got mr winch to do a winch mount and front tow bar while I was In dbn. It was about 1800 but did not include a bumper.
I also got a recommendation from front runner. Have you tried them?
They do a generic winch mount plate, and have quite a few bumpers. Have a look at their website

I had a bad experience with Front Runner - a spare wheel bracket bought for my Landy, so I prefer to steer clear of that crew, but will look at the other options.
