Default Options for 'leveling' my Defender

    Howzit guys,

The front of my D90 TD5 sags a bit under the weight of the bullbar (no winch) and bash plate, what are my options for lifting the front to level out?
I've read about switching to firmer coils - how do I know which ones are right? The last thing I want to do is spend on new front coils then its too high.

I know asking this may be like asking how long a piece of string is, but I'm sure others have had this problem in the past and must have some advice.

replace front coils with terrafirma medium load coils
replace rear coils with terrafirma light load coils
will provide 5cm lift allround and the D90 will be level.

My 90 also has a slight nose-down stance due to bullbar and bash plate.

I added some spacers underneath the front coils, but then the resulting angle of the front propshaft created a weird vibration, so I removed the spacers.

How much are you leaning by compared to the rear. Cut some discs out of conveyor belt for cheap and easy spacers. If the aim is to level the sagging front then canít see that the propshafts will be under strain. Unless the rear is riding high as apposed to the front sagging.

the puma's transfer box is not level, it sits with the front slightly higher than the rear.

so any big lift on the front makes the prop angles even worse.

at least that was on mine, you know how all Defenders are different
