    Hello All,

What are the chances of getting into the park as a day visitor for the coming easter weekend?

    Regards,

Gates open at 06:00 so the earlier the better

    Default Kruger over Easter

Arrived at Crocodile Bridge at 05h15, already 47 cars ahead of me, only let 15 in at a time for registration, came out of the office at 07h20. Never again, the cars are too many and getting to a spot where something to see means overcrowding and you get to see nothing, my opinion - waste of time

Avoid Crock bridge and Mallelane gates and rather go for Numbi or Phabeni gate as they are not so busy and the jeep jockeys don't use them.....Yet

We're on our way there, but staying at Hippo Bend Ngwenya until 17th, then going in at Croc bridge, camping Balele & Punda until 24th, then out to Mapungubwe. I don't want to hijack the thread, but our problem is we want to vote on 22nd. Does anybody know if there are poll stations close to Punda?
So, do you limit yourself to logic? And what about the beauties and glories of the unexplained?

That's true for the provincial election, but for the national apparently you can vote anywhere in SA

    Election time at Kruger

If you're registered to vote and are visiting the Kruger National Park on Election Day, bring along your ID book! There is a polling station in place at the Dip Camp in Skukuza and, on the day, mobile polling units will travel to different camps in each region. (Voters from outside the province can only vote in the national elections and not in the provincial elections).
