    2013 110 SWSE 2.2 15000

    300km engine light - MAF sensor and new intake manifold
    840km first visit for kangaroo issue - reload software
    repair leaking windscreen driver side
    2000km new turbo delivery tube upgraded recall on part
    download computer due to kangaroo issue no remedy offered.
    2200km replace new turbo delivery tube rubbed through on pulley
    3800km return as passenger side leaking water reseal window
    download computer due to kangaroo effect no remedy offered.
    Tech comes along for a drive agrees not normal and not drive train slop as suspected.
    5200km download computer and reset fault code activated by kangaroo effect
    7300km hub seal leaking wiped with cloth, both sides of front window leaking.
    8000km hub still leaking after being wiped down with rag surprise surprise window still leaking both sides
    8500km hub seal still leaking new seal approved by JLRNZ window replacement approved
    9200km new hub seals fitted, new window fitted
    9800km hub still leaking new hub ordered.
    11400km new driver side hub fitted passenger side window leaking computer downloaded no codes from computer no cure for kangaroo effect
    12000km passenger side hub leaking oil seal failed trucked to dealer new hub on order.
    13800km engine fails after kangaroo effect engine light on restarts after 4 min limp to garage, suspect MAF sensor
    13900km engine fails after kangaroo effect limp to download no cure JLRNZ instructs to replace MAF sensor and manifold. Test fuel system and pressure
    14300 DPF light stays on, engine light on, kangaroo remains, still leaking water cleared no remedies. Told to stabilise foot on side of car to prevent micro movements fuel pedal sensor very sensitive, change driving style.
    15000 return car for modification that will seal water leak, JLRNZ repair instructions tape black rubish bag over heater module using gaffer tape. Instructions on repair as per document from JLRNZ.

    Lost the plot after seeing the repair and instructions on repair. Contact dealer and MTA advise I would like full refund of vehicle. MTA provides mediator for process, I opted to seek legal advice, solicitor will be present during meeting on monday. Dealership covering the cost of the solicitor, MTA surprised in JLRNZ instructions on repairs and comments, agrees full refund is a reasonable request or replacement car with all extras transferred.

    Replace battery first on recommendation of LR N1 City.... Two weeks later same problem - Steering column locked car not starting.
    LR N1 City recommended the replacement of the instrument cluster.... 4 Days later same problem...steering column locked - car not starting...
    Car will be towed to LR N1 city on Monday and who knows what the excuse is going to be and how much more money I would need to spend....
    Any boby got any advise on this matter...?

    Specifics of repair work carried out: Jaco from LMC, Bredell sorted it out in a few minutes, turned out to be a loose connector.
