Just for your info I couldn't see one crack in that post that relates to the OP's issue.

Most of those cracks come from high fatigue. Also bear in mind fatigue doesn't care who made the trailer. So for your own peace of mind go look under your BL. If you have anything welded to the bottom flange of your drawbar it could crack there. That's how fatigue works and she's a b.

You miss the point. I have a 5 year guarantee on my BL's chassis, and I know that if something like this happens within 18 months of me buying the BL, BL will honour that guarantee.

I have not said one thing about Conquerer being bad - but it now seems that the insecurities of the owners of that brand are evident - I wonder why? (This is a rhetorical question).

Not sure when you made that point, but I'd say that's exactly what happened in the link you posted.
