Something that I do not understand. Why would someone train in the slipstream of a vehicle? Would it not be better to train in more difficult conditions that what is experienced in a race?

Pro-longed high speed, high cadence, high gear anaerobic training. That is just as hard, if not harder than racing.

Some of those are complete rounds, so could not have been mid-air.

Probably hit a bandolier in that case, still lucky for the wearer, though.

Difficult to be entirely sure, but I don't see barrel engraving marks on any of the impacted bullets.

I would say these were probably all hit while in storage, either in individual soldier's pouches, or perhaps more likely they were hit during raids on logistics or storage facilities.

In the top left-hand cartridge, the cordite is still clearly visible. To my mind the most interesting thing about cordite is how the ammunition was loaded.
The powder was inserted into the case before the case was necked down. There is a very interesting display case at the Ditsong Museam of Military History depicting the whole process.

SpaceX Starship booster stacked on the pad.

Interesting is that they installed all the booster's engine in one night.
It took 20 minutes per engine apparently.

Interessant is dat die binneste 13 enjins gimballed is (hulle kan "stuur") en die buitenste ring van 20 fixed is. Iets soos 7600 ton thrust?
