Nice job , you are really getting on with it.
    What engine is it?
Is it the 2 1/4 litre from a Series 2?

Another bit of progress, clutch section done, Starter and alternator done.
sump closed and that was the most crappy job so far putting the gasket and sump back in.
This weekend will be carb and distributor.
Would like to have this engine all wrapped up by Sunday.
Then the gearbox needs a look at.
Then chassis finish off all the new bits to prep for assembly to rolling chassis stage.

Looking good! Would love to tackle a job like this one day.

Don't know if you've ever watched Geoffrey Coker's Youtube channel? You might get a kick out of his restoration.

Cool. Let me know what you think of Geoffrey's work. Another Aussie. He is really thorough...maybe a little more than just thorough. He still has a long way to go, but I enjoy watching him work. Have learnt a few things.

AFTER SERIES 3 TIMING CHAIN I HAVE 21 DAYS

Busy with gearbox, i had to get my mate Peter to assist, the box is in a HORRIBLE condition.
I should have looked for another box, but anyway, the box will be complete Thursday 11:59PM
SPENT A LOT OF MONEY ON THE BOX. New bearings, bushes and some gears and seals.
