    I run 33s, 6Speed and 4.56s. I feel they're a bit deep on the highway....I feel like I need another gear sometimes.

I really want to try 35s and see how they feel.

I got a 6 speed manual also. Ok, so Iíll have to re look at my budget and fit the ratios in with the lockers. I donít see myself going bigger than the 33s I currently have. I wouldnít fit in garage if I do.

How is the 4.56s on 33s? And who did you ratios? Do you have someone you would recommend?
It looks like GreenDisco's one is for sale, sell yours and buy his all mods done. [/QUOTE]

Iíve been looking on the net, there are some 3.8 rubiconís now for less than 180k, would solve a lot of problems.

But really like the look of the TJ.

    Go test drive one first.

My TJ is a weekend toy, and I would be hard pressed to sell it for something else.
Plus the straight 6 with a nice pipe just sounds better, imho

I have a Mopar soft top for a TJ, never been on any vehicle, still in the box. It might interest you.

I completely agree with Jeanís statement, as a weekend toy youíll be hard pressed to find a better off roader! No chance a JK is as capable at the TJ, not without spending HUGE moola on it...

Anytime... Know for a fact that my TJ will drive away from the JK's in SA. Even one's that have had in excess of 1 Million Ronds spent on them , this statement, is from experience, not cheap talk...

In standard guise the TJ won't stand a chance against a JK. But then again, your TJ is by no means standard anymore....

You quite right, the TJ with its tiny wheels off the showroom floor does skew it's chances slightly. You can make a TJ extremely capable, at a fraxion of the cost of what it would take to get a JK to the same point though.

Correct, mine is a little way from being standard its a purpose built trailer queen...

Ok, so the lockers and gear ratios will have to wait as Iíll need to do both at the same time and budget doesnít allow it.

in the meantime Ive been looking around for front quick disconnects. Anyone know where in JHB I can get it done?

Zone quoted around 4.5k. Would like a few more options before I decide.
