    Then mix up a sauce of a tin of the Italian mix onion and tomato and herb, red wine and a half pkt of a soup or stew mix.

    And place centrally on the grill with indirect coals.

    Put the deksel back on the round black dingus with a deksel


    Rotation through180 degrees will be required every 20 to 30 minutes

    Floor temp is 372, flour smoked almost immediately. I think it are time.😁
    Wife wants a bread after so had to quickly make a door.

    Floor temp was about 330 with the first and 315 with the second, it is now 265 and oven about 350, will wait a bit for the bread.

    Base was cooked through, edges crisp, bit black on the one and honestly as good as any store bought. But I may be a bit biased. ☺

    Fresh kabeljou on the menu tonight with baby taters and broccoli.
    Dipped in flour, then egg then flour again and pan fried.
