    Place the flattie on foil ( try to retain as much aous as possible in the bag) arrange the broccoli and cauliflower on top, then add a slip of the hand dollop of mayo and the rest of the sous. Some dexterity is required as the liquid added has a mind if it's own when folding and wrapping the parcel.

    I have mentioned this before but again, use heavy duty foil, it makes life much easier.

    Then onto the coals. I use an ex toeknyp rooster to place the parcel on top of the braai's grid. It is easier then to maneuver the parcel and remove or turn on the fire.
