It turned out very lekker Estee. Meat was still moist and very tender.
We didn't chow anything with it, just as it is. Well I suppose it has veggies and carbs so it is a meal in one much like a Cornish pasty.
Perhaps we should call this pork Napoleon instead of Wellington.

Aah..I seem to have misplaced my memory in the mug of rum I am having as you are a resident in wine country, I now recall at this brief juncture.

This thusness I experienced while I had to attend a biznis meeting in Stellenbosch, at the restaurant where we were forced to socialize I was gobsmacked by the observation of everyone, as in almal drinking just wine. The bartender had to think for ten minutes where the Captain Morgan bottle was to pour me a tripple.

I get this from a local butchery in town. Very lekker.

But the ultimate boerie like this is the fig and blue cheese boerewors created by the famous van Rensburg's butchery in George. Amazing stuff.

Served with packet smash and The Blonde's world famous mushroom sauce, sekunjalo. The offspring sorted the kaasworsies before they could be plated.
