    Preparation is key.
    Started these yesterday, proofed earlier while we ran away for a quick surf. Got back home at 6 and into the oven for a few minutes.
    Soema put everything on the one. Chicken, mushroom, coriander, olives, plain yoghurt, feta and mozzarellaClick image for larger version.

    Chicken sliced and a dressing of BBQ sauce
    Cowboy pan on the heat
    Now take a large wrap and add cheddar and mozzarella cheese with the chicken.
    Some more cheese and another wrap. Place into a dry pan to toast
