Cheers Estee, just got home, been dark here for a while already so I'll pretend the streetlight is a moonrise and have a Captain to that.

Awesome Craig, that means we can meet up sometime and you can hopefully get to meet the KZN Forum dudes. Bunch of dodgy okes of which I am the most so, all things considered. Regardless it is something to look forward to.

No braai tonight, it's soup weather.

But I wanted to share my Homemade Croutons recipe with you.

Take a stale bread and cut it up into blocks about 2cm x 2c. Put in a mixing bowl and drizzle liberally with Olive Oil. Then season, I use Onion Salt, Freshly Ground Black Pepper and Dried Parsley. Mix through so they are nice and evenly coated. Spread out in a baking tray and bake at 180 celsius for about 40 min (mixing them through every 10min so they can crisp up evenly) until golden brown and crispy.

They are amazing in soup or salads, or eat them from a bowl like chips the way my daughter does
