    Then add the sliced nyama, soya sauce, along with sweet and sour sauce. Do a quick roer fold mix of the distings.

    Add spaghetti I had the Youngest Blonde make inside on the white knoppie thing. Along with cherry tomatoes.

    Fold quickly ( everything in the dish is cooked) to distribute the flavours, form a "heap" and remove the pan from the fire to rest a bit, this will contain the residual heat in the dish and soften the tomatoes a tad.

    Most important step is to now pour some of the Captain's moonshine cuzzie rum with Coke in my very limited, once in a lifetime edition, fancy glass vessel and add wood to the fire while the food is resting.

    Things were tough for a while with wife’s business taking a lockdown knock and my employer going through section 189 retrenchments, but we survived both and are doin quite well now thanks.

    Have a pizza oven now, will post some pics later.

    First night, since LD started that my fairest is away at evening lecture, feel sort of lost with her not here and not sure what to do. The Captain's moonshine cuzzie is standing by and hopefully will come up with a scheme for supper.
