I had this idea of quick butterfly and braai for this das I caught the other night but cape town weather had it's own views on what's actually possible.

    Anyway, on to plan B.
Fillet and pan grill, basted with garlic butter but what else?
Heirloom tomatoes with spaghetti and basil pesto in the wok, then finished with some feta and olive oil.
    Get in my belly.

No waste. The head and bones go into my stock with veg from the garden for next time.Click image for larger version.

Variation on 'sop en brood' here tonight.

Very creamy, cheesy potato soup and sweetcorn muffins. At least the soup was done on 'bottled flames'

And washed down with lots of red wine, like Dudley I am so relieved this week is done. Two exams done for my son, 12 to go.
