    So I found only one butternut, another plan to be made. Carrots, with butter and nutmeg in shiny stuff. Do a well sealed rolling wrap with the foil as the butter will melt and one wants to turn it to let the juices coat everything.

    On to coals flattened with a fosholo and place the foil packet, along with hunyins. Talking about shovels, there are some real fong kong stuff out there, stick to the Lasher brand as they are solid.

    When the nkuku firms up and the skin side is browned, pour some salad sauce on the bubbling skin, this will give flavour to it and the reason for the blank canvas nkuku placed on the coals. Turn and add sous again, remember to halve the cooking time between the bone and skin side.
