    All the dishes look absolutely delicious! How do you guys manage to keep the weight in check so your colleagues will recognise you again if you can get out of the front door at the end of the lock-down

    We have this novel and very ingenious diet: we don't over eat

    Missus has lost 2kg's in the last two weeks.

    Hi There

    Very simple;

    Fry some onions and garlic in olive oil.

    Add a cup of rice and fry until brown.... you need to keep stirring to prevent it burning.

    Add chopped tomatoes-canned is fine

    Add chilli to taste

    Add stock block, salt and pepper

    Add peas if you wish

    Cover with water, and stir occasionally until almost cooked dry

    You can add other veggies or fruit as you wish

    Goes very well with chicken
