I saved the peri peri marinade for last night's tsikken legs, and we found some ANCIENT rump steak in the outside upright freezer, so we're having a fusion rump porra curry tonight, with Mauritian curry spices.

Flaaid yunions are mandatory, we'll see later what starchy stuff we decide to use. Maybe home made naan.

A favourite dish I like doing, can't however as youngest is very taste sensitive due to her current situation. If I do one seperately for the teenagers which they love, anything I use utensil wise needs to be washed twice or the youngest picks it up. So maybe in a year or two I can frighten the family again with some hot chicken

Add tomatoes and shrooms. I ditched the gas bottle as I realised refilling it will be difficult currently and being needed to stsrt the pizza oven, that takes priority. The camping dingus is now in use as I have plenty spare canisters and also it burns much hotter.

And a Captain, for Justin. Justincase.

Anything that "burns" so pepper is one of them. Even durky sauce is a no go.

So I can't make curry either. But as with everything, this too shall pass.

..........trimmed off all the funny bits to make it look less like a piggy embryo, cooked the parts to make the doggy happy.

Marinating in a mix of Olive oil, Soya, Worcestershire and Lemon juice sauce, added some black pepper and fresh Coriander.

Will see what I'll add tomorrow, probably somethin sweet like apricot jam, garlic, little bit of ginger, red wine, stout, Richelieu and other goodies for the sauce, will cook off that concoction.

In the Weber, medium to rare, with some pampoen/potatoes and fresh bread to dip into that saucy stuff.

But for now, just lovingly keep keeping all that marinade into all the right spots...........
