    Found some lost lam kneukels in the freezer so will be trying out @BushFire 's potjie recipe later on.

    So my first time on this thread. Made a mutton potjie over the weekend. Recipe is a bit of a moerbei potjie and we kind of spice as we feel on the day. But always some kerrie, garlic and ginger. I also add some water as we do dumplings and these absorb some moisture and you need a sauce with them.

    Mmmm, Swambo makes the best dumplings in the world. have had them in chicken, bok (as in boerbok), seafood (yes) and Eisbein (pork knuckle) pots.

    Think we need to tackle one again this weekend!!
