    Currently about 5 Mississippis which iirc is about 200 degrees. This morning it was much more, couldn't get my hand near the opening.

    Braaibroodjies, it is one of those fantastic foods. And I cannot explain why it tastes better than any toasted sandwich made in a food press or the like.
