With everyone stuck at home, this thread is exploding! Great to have time to braai, make potjies, experiment in the kitchen.

Today it's oxtail potjie with rice. About another 30 minutes to go before I put in the veggies. Should be able to eat at about 2pm. Been going since 10 this morning. Wonderful family time in the garden on a wonderful sunny day. Relaxed and PLENTY of time.

We have a shoulder of lamb de-boned and rolled.

Found this Ina Paarman apricot and quince masala marinate at PnP and giving it a go. We'll also add a tjop or two.

I'm in the same boat as Estee. I'm off duty tonight and the wife is whipping up a macaroni cheese later. So I'm out but will pop in periodically to see what fine fare you boys are/will undoubtably be preparing. Cheers.
