5Kg of dry aged Wagu Beef Prime Rib. (I needed a second bond)

And some refreshments from a copper still. Spot of Peach Schnapps, single malt oak whiskey (only the bottle is Bains), and a Bourbon blend. (From my buddy I visited in Olifanstfontein this weekend. 60th.)

Pork belly on Sunday for friends.

Served with freshly baked bread, kaings, home made jam and other odds and ends which do not really count.

    And yet again.

Now our Capie friends with the Olive branches must come to the party - which one. I bought a case yesterday.

PIC in progress - 45 minutes.

Fluffy's Famous Five Pepper Fiery Steak Pie.

Grass fed rib eye beef, mushrooms, baby pickling onions, 100g Madagascan Green Peppercorn's (wet), Course Black Pepper, Fine white pepper, finely chopped green pepper, finely chopped red pepper, a little glass of aged Portuguese Port, dash of quality Balsamic, a heap of fresh herbs and greens from the garden, and some homemade stock.

    mmmmmm.

Oh and the worlds best minted pees and chunky homemade chips roasted on the fire and a half decent glass of wine.
