From the photos I have seen taken during previous events, I think it will be silly to even go, there is absolutely no way a Jimny will make it unless you are happy to completely destroy it in the process.

I never want to tell anyone that something can't be done, so bring the Jimny, I have a rear locker in stock for you, without at least one locker and with small tyres, you will just battle to make forward progress.
You will never know until you try.
At least there will be many hands to help.
If you can, fit a winch.

If you want to go, go for the spectate and assistance from the "service" track next to the riverbed, and play where possible without holding up the convoy.

A bit over 6 weeks to go before its Carnage time. At the end of this month we can start a final planning for this trip .In the mean time I would like to suggest to our Province guys that they need to bring some warm bedding and clothing with for the evenings as it can can cold with a BIG F ,in that river canyon at night . during the day nice and warm.
Reenen , Jeanv are you guys making your own arrangements at SouthGate for accommodation for Thursday night ? I want to make my booking this week and can do so for you guys as well , just let me know who is joining .

It already has a rear locker and a winch. The tyres are the biggest that can be fitted without trimming bodywork.

    Well, then bring it on!

You will be the first Jimny to attempt Carnage and if you make it to the Beach, that will be a nice feather in your cap.

last night I had another look at the video on CARNAGE , boys take the time to view it , this canyon has the ability to bite and bite hard , its not a Sunday cruse with the family .I can grantee that you will return with damage, no matter how careful you think you are going to be , and how good a spotter you are taking with you, You are going to have rock rache on the rims , scrape marks on the belly . maybe bend a trackbar , or brake something .
The camping can get cold , remember we are sleeping in the river bed , even if their is no water flowing its flowing under the sand , this makes it cold . If the wind comes up , then the wind chill adds to the cold . so take warm kit along . days are nice .
