Default Visco coupling for Patrol 4.2

I am looking for a visco coupling for a Nissan Patrol 4200. Does anyone know where I could get one in Natal? Apprently the one for the v6 also fits the 4.2, but not sure about that. We have tried a few places in Maritzburg and Durban with not much joy.

I simply replaced the oil inside the coupling. It is very expensive oil at about R120 for 8ml and you need 16mm, but a lot cheaper than a new coupling and very easy to do.
