Hello all, apologies if I missed this in the thread. Iím getting a 2.4 GD6 DC with nothing done to it. I would like to add 4x rated recovery points and 4x hi-lift jack points. I wonít be towing so would prefer to not go the replacement bumper / towbar route. My previous Hilux (now stolen) had front runner rocksliders with Hi lift jack points and an Onca towbar with recovery points and hilift jack points. I never figured out front recovery points. Does anyone have any advice to fit recovery and hi lift jack points with as few changes as possible? Many TIA

Been through this thread a few times (+ the one from Uys).

I cannot see any serious complaints from 2.4 SRX DC owners?

Seriously considering to sign for a 2.4 SRX DC 4x4 Auto...

    You wont be sorry.

I regret selling mine almost every day.

There is a 2.4 in my future again, that I am 100% sure of.

Im hoping the new face lift 2.4 E/cab comes in 4x4 now.

I have the manual and my FIL has the auto, both are awesome vehicles, I can't complain at all. I am very happy with every aspect of it, accept Toyota's typical shenanigans.

The auto is nice, its an easier drive, guys do complain about the gears jumping around sometime, but I havent really noticed it in my FIL's SRX

I've driven quite a few of the auto's and cannot complain... I've got one friend who doesn't like his auto but he drives it like a "mik en druk".

Taking Swambo there on Monday to have a look at will then decide/sign

Okay, really impressed with Toyota Centurion (Bidvest).

As usual I've received a long list of extras they would like to upsell. Only one catches my eye

6 Year/ unlimited kmís warranty: +-R185 p/m (as to the Toyota 3 year / 100'000km). This seams like a good deal?
