    Replaced it with this.

Need to go immediately to see navigator for some amada extreme shocks. The standard shocks are horrible!! Then replacement bumper and eventually some muds.

Why did I let go of it? Or why did I buy the new one?

Being vague is almost as fun as doing this other thing.

I didnít want to. But the wife really liked the new one and would be way more comfortable on longer trips. Plus got a decent price on a trade in. So was felt the timing was right. We just got back from a weekend in the Kruger and was fantastic in the thar. Beautiful on the road and perfect for the park. Suits our needs beautifully.

Not sure if overdesigned. Looks to me like the maker considered the roof too light of an anchor point for the weight he would like the rack to carry, so put some struts down to sturdier places.

Gotta say though, looks wise, the overall impression is reminiscient of something that could have been in a 1930's documentary of an expedition to unexplored places.

    Kinda like it though.

I see the Mahindra customisation brochure calls it an exterior roll cage. Looks cool!
