What can I say? Quite possibly the best trip report yet! Two quibbles - I am a grammar and spelling Nazi, so not Koakoland, but Kaokoland, and more accurately, Kaokoveld, and not Sossos but Sossus. Beautiful piece of work, thank you.

Kaokoveld, done. Sossos not so easy, I noticed it just as the all day (really, all day) upload clocked 90%.
Tony, hunting down the error must have added to you enjoyment!

Aaaaand on the other hand, I have been shunned and unfriended on facebook for pointing out the difference between woman and women. In a soppy "Woman's" Day post. All I wanted to know was: "Which one?"

I think someone is having a laugh at the Gupta's (or our!) expense. Trillian is a character in Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy. Wonder what's next, Zaphod Enterprises?
