Default 2005 tata telcoline 4x4 - swap axles for more rim choice-

Hi there.. was wondering if its possible to swap the axles on the TATA for more rim choices? the original pcd is same as some land rover defenders etc - 5x160.1 -

Was hoping to maybe get isuzu 6 lugs in there so something similar - or can I have a shop weld on a different pcd plate to the axle?

I am not sure I follow.
whey do you need to change the PCD for more tyre choices?

Do you perhaps want wider rims and cannot find anything in that PCD?

    need some more info

rim choices - sorry.. post updated

Going to give andries engineering in Cpt a call - apparently u can fill and drill a new pcd into existing axle.. that wd be ideal, then no brake fitment / etc issues

Subscribed. Have the same issue with my Xenon.

Why the hell did tata decide on such an obscure PCD?

Yes - agree.. never got round to calling today - i even drove right past the shop, was just too busy.. but ive seen a number of places do it. Andries engelbrecht engineering, thats it... made me some alu pcd converters, absolutely top notch work, perfect craftmanship and an impeccably clean shop..
