Thank you. The empty campsites is something which is rather interesting. In June/July, during the prime school holiday period, we found sites open for a few days at 3rd Bridge, Khwai and Savuti. At 3rd Bridge the prime number 3 site was open for two days in a row - the answer is the same at the reception; people not arriving or operator bookings not cancelled. At 3rd Bridge we had to watch two rather unhappy families sharing site 1 while 3 stood open. It is a pity that companies and people don't have the decency to cancel their bookings, even if they are not going to get their money back.

    Hi!
a Friend and I will be driving to Botswana on the 21 April 2017 for 2 weeks. We are planning to drive from Mafekeng Game Reserve in SA past Kang to Muan, where we will drive to Kwai campsite, Savuti, Kasane and back to Nata, Kubu Island, Kama Rhino Sanctuary to Mafekeng Game Reserve again.

We was wondering if there was any other people that would like to accompany us on this trip Anybody is very welcome!!
