Default Anyone removed the dashboard of a 2004 Nissan Hard body?

I have a problem with a fitting below the radio. If only it was a Land rover, then no doubt the screws would be visible, but I don’t know where to start.

It is the controls to my air suspension. One of the lights in the dial has blown and also i think there is an airleak behind the fitting.

Start looking at the bottom... remove the ash-tray and look in there.

I removed the centre console on my older model once. There are onlly a few screws, and then it lifts up and clips out.

I managed it, it seems all I needed was some brute force and 2 screws.

Hey chaps. Massively old thread, but my dashboard fan has stopped working as well as the warning alarm when leaving the lights on .

Could you shed some more light on how to remove that central panel?? I removed the screws, but I'm weary to apply said brute force.. I'm notoriously good at breaking things!

remove the 2 screws above the fan/heating panel and the 2 ashtrays and put your fingers in the ashtray holes and pull with a "lekker ruk". should then just pop off.... taken the console out a few times on my bakkie
