Rob Leimer (Rob Leimer Landy Parts) had a recent ad on Facebook, there was a pic with stacks of leaf springs.

    Hi Greg why not re-tension?

I was actually told not to re-tension btw, unless I'm loading a ton, because it will just spoil the ride. Another option is extend the shackles.

Claude mine has about 3 issues still.
The springs are not standard they are higher than normal.
The rims are large with large tyres.
The dash needs 2 plastic trim thingies.
    Will take some pics.

Spectator, thanks will attempt the facebook thing.

    Had mine re-tensioned.

Cost was R2500 for all 4 springs including all new bushes at Van Zyl spring works in Pta.

No real change in ride comfort (hahaha...."comfort" and "Series" in one paragraph..hahaha).

But my right side is sagging again. Was two years ago...

Jedi I have been to them.
Mine cant be used they are raised ? not standard.
They are INSANE with new spring prices.

John Cradock I see is GBP75.00 each.
I got a quote from Rob Leimer for refurbed springs so I might just do that then.
Going to ask my friend in Seychelles what he paid for his parabolics and delivery from JohnC.
    Think he paid GBP105 each.

Then I need the plastic vent trim on the top of the dash.

Second hand refurbed springs in South Africa are R3800 for all 4.
    Parabolics in S.A. are R8932.

    Parabolic from UK, GBP294 x R19 = R5586.00 plus delivery.

Jedi my S3 came with a higher springset, raised vehicle.

You can also get heavy duty rear springs. I bought some second hand springs from Rob Leimer a few years ago and after all the work was disappointed to see my landy still sagging on the right side.

Sometime later I found the cause of the tilt to the right: the chassis is badly bent downwards just aft of the axle.
