    Yes they are open on Sundays. The filling station at Rakops also sells wood and also takes card. Letlhakane has three main filling stations, although only the Shell took card when there a week back. There is even a new Nandos at the station closest to the Orapa side (Puma or Engen?). It is unlikely for all three filling stations in Letlhakane to be out fuel, so I normally plan on a refuel here.

    AMacAfrica, I have always filled up at the last one on the way out of town towards Orapa. It is new, the toilets are clean, it has a nice shop and I have always paid for fuel by card there.

    Maybe the time you experienced that they would/could not take cards, they had comms line problems.

    Yes quite right, I should have been clearer - they all normally do take card and were having coms problems.
