Hi all

Was in the game reserve last week, and during one stop I noticed an interesting dust patters on the steps below the tailgate: Layer of dust on the steps showed clearly that air was bowing onto it from above. On opening the tailgate, there are a line of openings , which is obviously where the air exits the tailgate - but where does it ENTER the tailgate? See images of dust on steps, and orifices in under side of tail gate.

Not necessarily relevant: There is a Beekman Executive canopy on the back, with open air vents in the ceiling - so there is air coming INTO the canopy. I always thought this was to create a bit of positive pressure inside the canopy, to prevent dust ingress. (This is not very effective, by the way - I am struggling big time to keep the dust out!)
