It looks really great Jean. You should open an accessory fitment centre for Mitsubishi's only and fit these bumbers.

    Hi All

I need to make a few small measurement adjustments and design a few betterlooking supports on the inside.

Then we can have a look at costs etc.

I went for 2mm thickness as it was a test of all the angles/dimensions. Must say, after a few braces/supports it's quite sturdy.

Total weight as measured by the Epoxycoater - 20.4KG.

Very nice, I assume TFD did the laser cutting and bending?

    Hi Kenskind

    Nee.

TFD is heelwat duurder gewees as Schuurman Lasercut.

Ons maatskappy laat baie werk by Schuurman en Fabrinox doen. TFD word net vir noodgevalle gebruik.

    Hi Almal

Hier is n paar aksie foto's van die bumper se eerste trippie.

Die totale kostes van al die materiaal + die epoxy coating was R1100.00.
Dit en so 12 ure se meet en pas en sweis en pas en grind ens.

Bumper looks fantastic, not a fan of a lot of mainstream bumpers but this design is super sleek

    Hi Jean

I am looking for an offroad bumper for my gen 2 shorty. The only one I saw and liked was the one you built. Any chance of me getting a plan or some dimemsuons from you on this design. Would greatly appreciate it.

    Thanks
