Yes.
When you have the Mapsource ,or T4Africa map open on your PC , you simply go to file.
Then onto print , and it will print what you see on the PC.
I use this on a daily basis regarding my work, and for planning.

Is there a file format that can be used to print out a map with a route that has been planned from Map Source? I would like to print routes that I have taken clients on when they leave SA and return home.

No, there is no easy way to do this (i.e print a full large scale map) that I know of. I would just import the route into Google Earth, then send them the KML file. Much more exciting than a printed map IMO
EDIT: Staalvark, your method is effectively a print screen - not much help if you want some way of printing out your adventures around the whole of South Africa

Correct.
You can only print what you see , ( ie I am in the DRC Congo , and it took roughly 30 A3 prints to print the basemap of the DRC, and the they had to be linked and put together to get the complete picture.
This was at a 30km sizing , for the lack of a beter description.
